I’m getting better at this training business. I walked right round the bend in the river today. Another point four of a mile added to my journey, that’s nearly three miles! It only took me sixty five minutes too. I’m a walking machine with these new trainers. No blisters, no pain, although my legs did stiffen up a bit after I got home. I sat in the chair and had a coffee and then, when I went to get up they were all cramped and painful. Maybe I should be doing some kind of stretching exercises?
