After the gardening exercise and a relatively good food week with all the fruit as well as skimmed milk in the coffee machine I expected a loss of some kind. What I actually got was a stayed the same! How does that work?
The wheels really seem to have fallen off my weight loss wagon recently, even when I’m really trying. I’m beginning to wonder if I’m destined to be this size forever. Maybe my body has some kind of self levelling thing going on and I’m destined never to be able to get below 11 stone something. Ok so it’s better than almost 14 stone but I’d like to be a little closer to the figure the wii fit tells me I should be.
There has to be something I can do but I don’t know what.
