Today is my first B2B day. I spent yesterday meal planning and generally pampering myself ready for the new year. There’s a great meal planning ap on my iPad which I think will come in useful.
Sadly, there was no exercise this morning because I’m back on the new shift and I was going to walk to work but looking at the trees blowing around outside I’m not so sure now. Oh well, good food today and some exercise this evening should kick those scales into shape. Not liking what I see this morning
